Lighthouse, EDI, through this website or by Fax.
However you choose to place an order, you can rest assured your
appraisal
will get the professional attention it deserves.
We will make contact to inspect the property within 24 hours and you
will be
informed of any scheduling complications or value issues, if they
arise.
The Appointment
Our appraisers will treat your clients
with respect and dress and behave in a
professional, courteous manner.
All appraisers are accessible via cell phone or pager and can handle
order or schedule changes at a moments notice.

The Processing
We use high tech equipment and
appraisal software to keep paperwork to a minimum.
All appraisers use digital cameras, producing sharp, professional
quality photos that download directly into our reports.
Sketches are produced using Apex Drawing Software, resulting in
professional, accurate floor plans and improvement information
incorporated into the report.
The office is equipped with digital mapping, flood, census, photo
integration
and signature programs. We can process each appraisal quickly and
error-free.
The Delivery
Typically, completed reports are
delivered in Adobe PDF format directly to your email. The report can
be in your inbox immediately upon completion. If
desired, we will readily deliver printed copies via courier, fax or
mail.
The Extra Mile
We know how important it is for you to
stay informed. It is our policy to update our clients every step of
the way. Status updates are typically sent via email informing you of
receipt of order, inspection times, projected completion date, etc.
Anytime you need more information or have any questions, just give us
